IMPORTANT TIMES?
Our ceremony will begin at 3:00pm. Please enjoy drinks and nibblies at our cocktail hour, whilst the bridal party have their pictures taken. Dinner & reception to follow from 6:00pm - 11:45pm.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive at 2:30pm for a 3:00pm start. With the venue being 20-30 minutes out of town, please plan your departure time accordingly. Address: 2026 Hervey Range Rd, Hervey Range, QLD.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is cocktail attire. No jeans please!
ARE KIDS INVITED?
Unfortunately, as much as we would love to invite all of our friend’s children, we politely request adult attendance only. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day!
CAN I BRING MY OWN BEVERAGES?
The venue is BYO! (No glass bottles) However, we will provide beer, wine, soft drink & water. The bar will be staffed, if you wish to bring your own spirits or beer - simply bring it in an esky with your name marked on top. When at the bar just request a drink from your esky and the bar staff will cater to you.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
CAN I TAKE PICTURES?
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say, "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
WILL THERE BE SHUTTLE BUSES AVAILABLE?
There will be a complimentary shuttle bus service from our venue to the Willows Shopping Centre. From here you can order an uber/taxi. If you are planning on drinking, please take advantage of this service or have a driver ready to collect you from our wedding. We want everyone to enjoy themselves, we also want everyone to get home safe. Please select this option in your RSVP if you will be using it so we can ensure no one misses out.
IS THERE A GIFTS REGISTRY?
Your presence at our wedding is a gift in itself. However, if you would like to contribute, a wishing well will be available at our reception.
